By booking an appointment, using our services, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Noir Nails provides nail care and related beauty services. Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

3. Appointments & Booking
3.1 Online Booking
When you book an appointment online, you agree to provide accurate contact information including a valid phone number for appointment communications.
3.2 Confirmation
You will receive an SMS confirmation upon booking. Please verify the appointment details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges
3.4 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify the services to fit the remaining time slot.
4. SMS Terms and Conditions
By providing your phone number and checking the applicable SMS consent boxes, you agree to the following:
- Transactional Messages: If you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, updates, check-in/status notifications, post-visit rebooking links, review requests, service notifications, and one-time verification codes from Noir Nails.
- Marketing Messages: If you separately opt in, you may receive promotional texts and special offers from Noir Nails. Marketing SMS is limited to salon promotions and special offers and does not promote alcohol.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary based on your appointment activity and, for marketing, your selected preferences.
- Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. You are solely responsible for any charges.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or visiting our SMS preferences page.
- Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly.
- Consent: Transactional and marketing SMS consent are separate. Marketing texts are sent only if you opt in to marketing SMS.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We currently accept cash and gift cards
- Applicable taxes may apply
- Gratuity is not included unless noted at the salon
6. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Gift cards do not expire
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Gift cards can only be used at Noir Nails
7. Health and Safety
For everyone's safety, please inform us of any:
- Allergies or sensitivities to products
- Medical conditions that may affect services
- Pregnancy (some services may need modification)
- Current skin conditions or infections
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.
8. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Noir Nails is not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from services
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left at the salon
- Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
